Legal Operations Analyst

100% Remote EST time zone

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Operations Analyst to join our team on a contingent basis. The ideal candidate will support the legal department by optimizing processes, managing legal technology, and ensuring efficient operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-billing and Financial Management:

• Manage and oversee the timekeeper rate approvals in TyMetrix 360 e-billing system

• Generate financial reports and analyze legal spend data.

2. Legal Technology and Tools:

• Administer and support legal technology platforms: Persuit, Legisway, TyMetrix 360, Legal Hold Pro & Exterro.

• Provide training and support to legal team members on technology tools.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and report on key legal metrics and performance indicators.

• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data insights.

4. Process Improvement:

• Document and standardize legal processes and workflows.

5. Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with external legal service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Legal Operations, or a related role.

• Proficiency in TyMetrix 360 or similar legal e-billing system.

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Experience with at least some of these legal technology platforms: Persuit, Legisway, TyMetrix 360, Legal Hold Pro & Exterro Legal Hold.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Pay Details: $41.38 per hour
