Program Coordinator

The Disability Cultural Centers (DCC) program coordinator organizes small and large-scale programs and events for the DCC, manages daily administrative operational tasks, and facilitates mentor and allyship-development workshops. Essential elements of this position are understanding and supporting disabled students sense of belonging and identity formation in their intersecting identities such as race, class, gender, and sexuality within the campus community. The Disability Cultural Center is located within the lntercultural Collective (IC) which is home to the Office of BiPOC Student Success (the Center for International Students, the Kessler Scholars Program and the LGBTQ Resource Center). The ideal candidate for this position will partner with the coordinators and staff members of the IC team to deliver intersectional programming and events to the Syracuse University campus community and the Syracuse community at large.
