Job Title: Vial Pack Technician

Job Description

This position works on vial packaging equipment. The position is responsible for supplying assigned positions with materials/items to complete work according to standard operating procedures. The role also involves cleaning equipment, production areas, and inspecting parts/items following prescribed procedures. The technician will provide troubleshooting on basic issues and may assist in providing training.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Syracuse, New York.

Work Environment

The position is within a highly regulated FDA environment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing lab. The candidate will be exposed to moving parts and will work in a Clean Room with no windows, well-lit, and controlled temperature and humidity. The candidate will be fully gowned from head to toe including a hair net, beard net (if necessary), safety glasses, lab suit, gloves, and booties. The first shift operates Monday through Thursday with four 10-hour shifts from 7am to 5:30pm, offering flexibility for scheduling needs. The starting pay is $19.00/hour, with an increase to $20.90/hour upon transitioning to the second shift.
