Civil Engineer/Project Manager

Keystone is seeking a Civil Engineer with either an Associate or a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 5 years’ experience, an E.I.T. certificate is preferred. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and be able to work as a part of a fast-paced, multi-discipline team, have excellent communication and project management skills and be able to meet schedules.Primary Duties:- Complete engineering design of sites, utilities, stormwater management (SWPPP), and roads.- Report writing and specifications.- Computations regarding hydrology and hydraulics.- Prepare engineering cost estimates.- Project management and client contact.- Presentations to clients and at public meetings.- Construction review and administration.Salary negotiable.

Minimum Salary: 60,000
Maximum Salary: 80,000
