Were seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate rep, Client Processing to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
Billing functions for defined regions within Wealth
Researching all billing related issues including invoicing of client charges
Processing of disbursements for referring companies and co-trustees
Modification of clients charging information on groups billing platform

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Accounting or Finance experience is helpful
Possess strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
