We are HIRING at our NEW distribution center in Greencastle PA. This new innovative facility will provide additional distribution capacity for finished goods on the East Coast and help build a seamless supply chain to improve our customer experience.
How Will You Make an Impact?:
This isn’t your ordinary job. As an Inventory Control Coordinator II you will be an integral part in ensuring we have the inventory needed to deliver various types of products from life-saving personal protective equipment to everyday lab essentials.
A Day in the Life:
Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product and in the time requested.
Receive materials and/or finished goods daily.
Verify the quality, type and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g. packing list).
Safely operate distribution equipment, as required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
General knowledge of warehouse experience preferred
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and operate the equipment at various heights.
Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook and shipping software in order to support the operation in its daily functions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59–86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4 – 23 degrees F).
Walk, stand, reach, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs on a continuous basis.
Regularly climb ladders.
May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch and crawl.
May handle “packaged” hazardous materials.
