Customer Care Ambassador (Call-Center Operator)

Parkway is seeking an experienced Customer Care Ambassador for its Parking Centric Customer Care Center. The Remote Service Centers main responsibility will be to remotely assist customers across North America, 24/7, with customer service issues they encounter while at Parkways automated cashier parking facilities.
Customer issues include but are not limited to:
– Assisting customers with questions about pricing, coupons, facility amenities or the surrounding area
– Adjusting pricing or applying coupons
– Providing account support for monthly customers as well as signing up new monthly customers
– Assisting customers at facility Entry/Exit
– Assisting customers who were issued a citation at Pay & Display facilities
– Dispatch assistance to a location if customer issue cannot be resolved remotely
In addition to customer service, the Customer Care Center will have remote video access to sites and will be responsible to respond to alarms stemming from video analytics and other smart devices in Parking facilities and respond according to protocols.
Shift: Part-Time Fri/Sun/Mon 2pm-10pm
Qualifications:
– Flexibility to cover all shifts.
– Prior experience working in a call center environment taking inbound calls
– Strong customer service skills
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
