Responsibilities

Emergency preparedness: Ensuring emergency generators, power systems, and elevators are operational

Safety and compliance: Ensuring facilities are safe and comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Budgeting: Managing budgets for maintenance, staffing, and other expenses

Project management: Overseeing building projects and renovations

Staff supervision: Supervising teams of contractors and employees, including cleaning, maintenance, and security staff

Preventive maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and maintenance to prevent issues from escalating

Maintenance and repairs: Overseeing the maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment

The essential functions of this role include:
