Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess great organizational skills to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Must be proficient in data analytics, data mining, generation, and visualization.

Specific Responsibilities

Build and refine business processes such as Monthly Reviews, Rhythm of the Business and calendars.

Collaborate and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align operations to business objectives

Design, develop and maintain business dashboards consolidating different data sources

Proactively analyze data to address key questions for stakeholders and identify drivers of business performance.

Work with extended teams such as Finance, Sales, Product teams and others; to gather information, and translate into meaningful visualization and insights

Update KPIs and Scorecards

Project Management / coordination for special projects: gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Identify and communicate areas needing improvement in efficiency and productivity.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or equivalent work experience

7 years of experience managing business process and data analytics

Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization

Proficient managing – Excel, Pivot tables, Power Query, Power BI and other technologies that support a reporting infrastructure

Understanding of budgets, pipeline, forecast, planning and sales cycles

Collaborative, team-oriented and problem-solving aptitude

Project management skills

Salary Range:

$21.44 – $37.55
