The People Services Coordinator is responsible for actively supporting the Talent Acquisition team in a variety of HR-related tasks aimed to support recruitment of talent nationwide. This role requires an individual who is agile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-exempt position, located in Overland Park, KS or any other major QTS location.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

Provide a positive candidate experience in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting the talent acquisition team

Coordinate and schedule recruitment events, career fairs, and other initiatives to support QTS’ internship program and other recruitment programs

Create, run, and analyze reports as needed to drive data-driven decision making

Design and create PowerPoint presentations, as needed

Assist with HR project planning, coordination, and implementation, as needed

Support employment branding initiatives including content creation, maintaining current information, and reporting

Always maintain strict confidentiality of HR information.

​ BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience

Entry- level experience in Human Resources, executive administration, customer service, or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office products – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Outlook

​ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Workday or other HRIS and applicant tracking system

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong administrative, organization, and time management skills

Ability to multi-task, highly detail-oriented, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and service-oriented
