Pre-Employment Coordinator

Amentum is looking for a Pre-Employment specialist to support one of our U.S. government clients. This individual would handle all aspects scheduling pre-employment processing visits. This includes coordinating applicant schedules with security, psychological testing, PG; submit VRs for applicants; update Peoplesoft Talent Acquisition Management System; Communicate with Welcome Center on schedule changes; coordinate hotel shuttle service for candidates; communicate travel arrangements; maintain long-distance travel spreadsheet; maintain and share Daily Master Applicant Schedule; and other customer service related duties.

Duties:

Handle all aspects of scheduling an average of 65 applicants per day for pre-employment processing visits, including operational interviews, HR interviews, off-site interviewing events.

Coordinate applicant’s schedule with security, psychological testing/interviews, testing, and polygraphs

Submit Visitor Requests (VRs) for client applicants for pre-employment processing

Record all scheduling information and updates into PeopleSoft

Manage schedule changes adjustments and communicate with the Welcome Center to ensure changes are documented

Work with contract hotels to coordinate shuttle service, hotel/travel issues as necessary, including inclement weather or other emergencies

Communicate with applicants on travel orders, hotel information, and reimbursement packages

Maintain long-distance travel applicant spreadsheet on daily basis

Team with other Pre-Employment Specialists to identify opportunities for operational improvement

Maintain relationships with customers (recruiting, hiring managers, applicants) to ensure positive work rapport

Contact applicants to conduct initial HR prescreen interview and track in PeopleSoft

Coordinate with COR to ensure interview rooms available for all scheduled interviews daily

Required Skills

TS/SCI with poly

5 years of experience

Demonstrated experience in customer service principles, problem solving methods, record keeping, writing styles

Use of computers and internet/intranet

Intermediate level MS Office Suite Knowledge

PeopleSoft database knowledge or ability to learn

Strong organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong ability to multi-task and high attention to detail
