AT&T has an opening for a Consolidated Systems Management (CSM) Technical Lead to provide technical expertise to a team conducting 24×7 monitoring of server and network operations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate on release management Final Deployment documents
Verify accuracy of Supporting CMDB documentation
Coordinate User Acceptance testing of new monitoring
Assist in the training of new personnel
Be able to Identify Systems anomalies
Produce monthly metric reports
Maintain the integrity of the data and tools used to perform daily task
Responsible for reviewing and testing New monitoring sources
Identify impacts of proposed releases
Review Change Request and Cables for expected work
Attend daily and adhoc meeting as required as a representative of Event management
Maintain scheduled associated with CSM activities
Monitor tool tickets to ensure resolution is completed and documented accordingly
Perform adhoc activities as required
Required Clearance
TSSCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 4 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.
Desired Qualifications
Ability to work closely with Program Management, Client/Server & Network professionals and the customer community
Skilled in working with Tool engineers to report and resolve Operational issues
Have a working knowledge of ServiceNow
Skilled in word and Power point for reporting
Our Consolidated Systems Management (CSM) Technical Leads earn between $98,100 – $171,797. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
