Job Summary
Order Review and Validation: Review all incoming purchase orders for accuracy. Validate that customer part specifications and pricing are current
Purchase Orders and Processing: Create and issue purchase orders (POs) to fabricators. Assist with issuing processing orders to the inside sales team as required for raw materials.
Material Transfer and Logistics: Ensure materials are transferred to fabricators in a timely manner. Manage procurement and logistics of fabricated parts, including both incoming and outgoing shipments.
Documentation and Coordination: Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for fabricated parts shipping to customers. Requisition purchase orders and coordinate with fabrication partners to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
Customer Service and Problem Resolution: Answer customer questions regarding scheduled deliveries. Help resolve complaints about products to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Production and Invoicing: Reconcile production reports and review them for new part setups. Handle invoicing for fabrication.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required by fabrication operations.
Qualifications
Industry Experience: Experience in or familiarity with manufacturing industries.
Reliability: Demonstrated reliable work history
Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all tasks
