– As a crew member you greet each guest, interact with them and creating an inviting atmosphere in the dining room. Make sure the guests experience is a great one and guide the guest to place their order at the kiosk.
– Greet and connect with guest.
– Face guest as they approach.
– Open the door for guest.
– Greet guest immediately and enthusiastically; make eye contact, smile genuinely, and be friendly.
– Invite the guest to place their order on the kiosk.
– Look for ways to engage with the guest showing interest in the kiosk and help if needed.
– Talk about the food quality and/or your family items.
– Its important to be familiar with where the menu items are located on the kiosk so you can help guest find what they need quickly.

Taking payment:

– There are 3 ways to make payments: credit card, arch card, and cash.
– If a guest wants to pay cash, they should not have to wait in line at the front counter.
– For cash payment, it is recommended to have a designated register for the kiosk.
– The guest experience lead should accompany the guest to the register to complete the order.

Table locations:

– The table locators should be placed next to the kiosk. You might have to direct hem to take a table locator, have them take their cups, ask them to get their drinks, and sit down.
– Let them know to put the locator on their table and someone bring their food to them.

Other responsibilities:

– When crew members are not busy helping guest place their orders, they can engage with the guest who are waiting for to go orders.
– Some examples: Carry a guest tray, provide a highchair, pick up trash and trays when guest complete eating, and open doors to let guest in or out of the restaurant.
