Job Title: Order Puller – 3rd Shift

Job Description

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Puller for the 3rd Shift. Your day will start with a team meeting to outline the shifts expectations. You will move and pull materials within the warehouse using a sit-down forklift and verify materials by packing slip and tape measure. Loading flatbed trucks using an overhead crane is also part of the job. An RF scanner will guide you on the items to load or pull next, ensuring that delivery stops are arranged efficiently. The first 3-4 weeks will include forklift certification training, requiring 20 hours of supervised operation before independent work.

This is a fully on-site position in Boca Raton, Florida.

Work Environment

This is a non-air-conditioned warehouse operating 24/7, Monday through Friday, with three total shifts. 3-4 weeks of initial training on the 1st shift (7:30am – 4pm). Expect 5-8 hours of overtime each week, leading to an average workweek of 50-55 hours. Candidates must be comfortable with overtime. You will receive two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
