Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 – $14 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What youll be doing as a Sorter:

Clean and maintain recycling yard and collection equipment

Safely remove chemicals from discarded appliances

Deposit recoverable materials into chutes or place them on conveyor belts

Operate balers to compress recyclable materials into bundles or bales

Use machines to load items onto trucks for shipment to other recycling facilities

Available shifts:

Shift Timings – 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Prior experience in recycling yard preferred

Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and reach, bend, push, pull, and climb

Flexibility to work in all weather conditions

Able to remain in a stationary position for up to 10 hours

Background check and drug screening required.
