Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on the first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-speed production lines, including but not limited to rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, motors, drives, and conveyors. You will also troubleshoot and edit PLCs (Siemens, RS Logics, etc.), HMIs, and control networks (RS Logix, RS View).

Hard Skills

Experience with PLCs (Siemens, RS Logics, etc.), HMIs, and control networks (RS Logix, RS View)

Experience working with production line equipment (fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, coders, palletizers)

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

Ability to read gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure proper machine operation

Working knowledge and understanding of MSDS, lock-out/tag-out, and OSHA requirements

Soft Skills

Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hernando, Mississippi.
