Starting Pay:

– $18 – $22 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

– Gel filling, Wet sanding, Polishing, Buffing demolded parts for Assembly as needed.
– Detail new product for dealer delivery

Experience:

– Required: Wet sanding, Buffing and Polishing,
– Required: Ability to produce a class “A” finish
– Preferred: Detailing, Gel repair, Fiberglass repair
– Preferred: Experience working with gelcoat and fiberglass
– Preferred: Body and paintwork

Work Location:

– Algonac MI & Ira Twp, MI

Schedule: This team values work-life balance

– Monday to Thursday 6:30 am – 3:30 pm
– Friday 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
– Saturday & Sunday OFF

– Experience with hand and power tools.
– Ability to follow process while maintaining quality control standards.
– Valid driver license.
– Strong retention level with information given.
– Reliable.
– Good mechanical aptitude.
– Strong intellectual reasoning.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

– Must be able to physically perform lifting, bending, reaching, climbing of stairs
– Must be able to understand and follow all safety related documents and rules.
