Hiring a experienced individual who is willing to learn our systems and eager to be the best representative for our long standing pizza restaurant and brand.  To be successful in this role, youll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.  We do more than just pizza so ability to cross-train is a must for this position.  Some flexibility on hours, starting pay depends on skills and previous experience.  Offering paid time off and retirement match up to 3% to all employees after 6-month anniversary.  Possessing any food service, allergy, leadership or management certifications will increase your starting pay.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.

Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.

Maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability and quality goals.

Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Regularly review product quality and inventory levels.

Organize and supervise shifts.

Motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Manage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve it.

Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste, improve processes, etc.

Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Oversee the dining room, check-in with customers, oversee food prep and set work schedules.
