Shift: Monday to Friday – 40 hours – Overtime Reports to: Plant Manager
Compensation: $28.12 Benefits available through union The US hourly
rate for this position is $28.12 benefits. Hourly rates are
determined by role, level, and location. The hourly rate displayed on
each job posting reflects the starting rate for new hires for the
position. Rates may also be determined by work location and additional
factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. More specific rate factors for your preferred
location can be discussed during the hiring process, as some facilities
are subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements. Please note that the

job is diverse in the mechanical ability to perform general plant
operator duties. The Chemical Operator is an integral part of our
production team and will be responsible for the overall chemical
production process. This will include weighing, mixing chemical
ingredients, monitoring equipment and the manufacturing process. The
ideal candidate will be attentive, knowledgeable, and have a desire to
work with other production team members to develop the best processes
and products. Key Responsibilities Perform chemical manufacturing
operations in safe and effective manner. Recording information, such as
ingredients, weights, and temperature, and inputting into database.
Monitor and control pressure and temperature of chemical process
equipment. Operate plant equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) Handle, transport and process chemicals safely. Document plant
