Summary You will serve as a OFFICE MANAGER in the DIGITAL, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ANALYSIS AND CYBER DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will support all department personnel with creating and modifying travel orders. You will answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate employee. You will collect mandatory training certificates and track all training department-wide. You will track and order office supplies as needed. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications DG-04 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Ensuring proper completion of New Hire paperwork; 2) Editing standard correspondence, reports, and other technical documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, and effective presentation of information; 3) Creating travel orders and vouchers for employees attending off-site meetings, conferences and trainings; 4) Purchasing of office supplies; 5) Answering telephone calls and refers them to the appropriate staff members. DG-03 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Assist in editing standard correspondence, reports, and other technical documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, and effective presentation of information; 2) Assist in creating travel orders and vouchers for employees attending off-site meetings, conferences and trainings; 3) Operating copiers, scanners, computers, and administrative/office software programs; 4) Answering telephone calls and refers them to the appropriate staff members.
