Community Engagement/Executive Assistant

Pathfinder Village

Pathfinder Village is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator/Executive Assistant (CEC/EA). This role is the lead planner and organizer for community events, Board meetings, and manages the development and implementation of events that increase public awareness of and generates financial support for Pathfinder Village and the Pathfinder Village Foundation. Qualified candidates will have experience/competence with the following:

<li>Planning and organizing events within time and budget constraints
<li>Working and communicating effectively with a variety of vendors
<li>Researching and booking venues
<li>Managing multiple tasks and deadlines
<li>Acting as a liaison between event participants and the sponsoring organization
<li>Marketing events to reach potential partners and participants
<li>Preparing, organizing, and directing staff leading up to the event, and on the day of the event
<li>Acting as a representative to the CEOs office with visitors, phone answering, and via other modes of correspondence<p>
Requirements:

<li>Prior experience in event planning
<li>Education Associates degree require, bachelors degree is preferred
