The Integrator is an entry level role in the Redapt Merge Center. Incumbents are closely monitored and supervised while undergoing training on all aspects of Production processes, basic trouble shooting processes, and configuration processes.

· Rack, cable, and inventory network and server equipment majority of role

· Understand, learn, and apply diagnostic methods to troubleshoot datacenter equipment

· Physically assist in moving and racking equipment as directed for special projects

· Troubleshoot and repair server and network hardware such as hard drives, memory, network drives, etc.

· Perform equipment installs, decommissioning, and moves (servers, network appliances, etc.)

· Perform in-depth quality checks in all aspects of projects

· Maintain asset inventory in an automated computer system

· Create and update tickets in ticketing system

· Un-rack and decommission equipment as necessary

· Consistently keep internal documentation up to date

· Possibility of onsite work/travel

· Work with other groups to identify areas to enhance uptime and reduce time to resolve problems

· Other tasks as required by management

Skills and Requirements

· Familiar with data center best practices

· Basic understanding of server (Linux and Windows) configuration, command structure, and network concepts

· Capable of lifting 40 to 50 lbs. equipment and working in restricted spaces

· Able to work in a climate controlled environment for long periods of time

· Knowledge of trouble ticketing systems

· Able to work in a continuous improvement environment

· Minimal supervision required

· High School Diploma required

· Associate Degree or relevant experience preferred null
