Summary of Position
Supervise Completion activities related to pre delivery aircraft through oversight and management of man hours, parts, warranty issues, work order management. Also, manage field maintenance requirements. Oversight will be in direct relation to assigned Completion Technicians and respective Completion Crew Chiefs. He / She will ensure timely and prompt aircraft deliveries to meet customer expectations and company budgetary objectives. Oversight includes Structures and Avionics back shops.
This position will be working on the 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday – 1:00PM to 11:30PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.

Interdepartment interface and communication that ensures timely delivery of aircraft

Management of Work order system through interface with Hangar Coordinator and Techs
to ensure complete sign-off, labor control and processing of work orders in timely fashion.

Demo aircraft maintenance as backup support to Maintenance Supervisor

Training aircraft maintenance as backup support to Maintenance Supervisor

5.

Managing Technician personnel and allocating manpower as schedules are set and
changing workload as necessary to meet demands

6.

Assist with OJT program as required by Repair Station Training Manual

7.

Ensure safety measures are in place and that consistent practices are routinely followed by all Technicians

8.

Assist with FAA interface during audits

9.

Ensure hangar organization & cleanliness by consistently tagging parts and processing
them through the system. Including routine, daily shop clean up.

10.

Assist MPTS Supervisor and Quality Control Manager with pick bin oversight

Qualifications for Position:
Education
Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Experience
5 years in FAA Part 145 environment,
5 years in Lead/Supervisory role a plus

Competencies & Attributes
Adaptable, works well under pressure, able to multi-task, detail oriented, working knowledge of MS Office products

Licensure/Certification
A&P Certificate
