Knowledgeable in receiving management and inventory control software, as well as MS Office
Ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment
Bachelors preferred

DUTIES
The Warehouse Specialist manages and organizes the warehouse and its inventory. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and packing and unpacking products and can work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. The Receiving Department is responsible for the acceptance, verification and processing of all deliveries. Personnel must perform a quality assurance check of all deliveries before acceptance from couriers. Personnel must also validate all materials received against Purchase Orders (Contracts, Credit Card Purchases, DD Form 1149s, PTS Input), which must be supplied by project representatives or by the material delivery Point of Contact (POC).
