Responsibilities You will serve as the PROGRAM MANAGER in the Executive Department, Office of the Director at NAVY MARINE CORPS SPECTRUM CENTER (NMCS), FT. Meade, MD. You will direct and supervise spectrum management programs and initiatives within the Department of the Navy (DON). You will provide comprehensive supervisory guidance and direction to the NMSC Deputy Director, Division Heads, team managers, and support personnel. You will manage the formulation, evaluation, and review of all resource requirements, budget planning and control, contract management, organizational alignment, staffing, security management, and NMSC activities. You will manage the administration, control, and supervision of NMSC administrative resources and financial planning/execution. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing the supervision and administration of communications-electronics systems. Experience applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluation methods and techniques in order to identify, analyze, evaluate and advise on complex problems and initiatives. Experience assisting in planning, scheduling, and conducting projects. Experience preparing briefs and actively participating in conferences, meetings, hearings, presentations.
