Master Electrician

Job Description

Day-To-Day:

This individual will perform intricate electrical work, repairing and replacing electrical equipment and devices for a Wastewater Treatment Plant. They will help lead efforts, ensuring job assignments are executed and performed at code and regulation standards. These duties will include but are not limited to troubleshooting, installing, repairing and testing volt meters, control panels and lighting systems within the Wasterwater Treatment Facility.

Annual Salary Range $80,000k -$95,000k

Skills and Requirements

– Highschool Diploma, GED or completion of State of Maryland recognized apprenticeship and 2 years of experience at Journey man level. OR 7 years of electrical trade experience.

– Master Electrician License from the State of Maryland

– Valid Drivers License – Class C

– Experience troubleshooting, installing, repairing and testing electrical systems

– Experience reading/writing blueprint diagrams

– Experience working with Voltage, Volt Meters, VFTs (Variable Frequency Transformer) and Control Panels

Be comfortable working independently Experience working with Water Systems (Wastewater, Water treatment, Water Collection) null
