Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring profitability, and fostering a positive work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

– Leads and directs work of the Tri-Cities location branch, responsible for the branchs performance- both sales and operations.
– Leads by example, interacting with employees and customers every day, coaching right behaviors and holding team accountable to do what is right for the customer.
– Resolves customer complaints regarding hydraulic and industrial materials, supplies, and services to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a favorable company image.
– Creates work schedules, assigns specific job duties to ensure productivity and efficiencies within branch.
– Works with warehouse manager to analyze inventory levels to increase inventory turns and reduce waste.
– Maintains in-depth product knowledge and serves as a resource to branch regarding product applications and problem solving.
– Recommends staffing needs, hiring, training and performance evaluations.
– Oversees quality control tests to ensure that products meet certain organizational and industry standards.

An ideal candidate will have:

– Minimum three years supervisory/management experience
– Demonstrated leadership proficiency in sales, service and operations
– Job experience with extensive customer contact, including building & maintaining customer relationships
– Experience with financial management, including profit and loss management, customer and revenue growth, and loss prevention
– Strong analytical and organizational skills
– Excellent ability to delegate and inspire respect & motivation
– Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Physical Demands: While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision due to the high demand of computer work. Checking inventory levels is necessary which requires lifting up to 50 lbs of product.
