The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The individuals in the role must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Directly source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

Make outbound cold calls and emails to prospective business partners

Obtain detailed information on customer needs and requirements

Work closely with channel partners to maintain, grow, and share best practices

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Work within CRM system to turn generation leads into business partners

Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor

Basic requirements:

Bachelors’ degree

1 year(s) of experience in call center or receptionist.

Preferred qualifications:

1 – 2 years of proven inside sales experience

If no inside sales experience, ability to demonstrate customer service qualities

Track record of over-achieving quota and/or exceeding customer service level agreements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other Office tools

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
