Job Title: OSP Construction Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled OSP Construction Manager to oversee and manage the construction and maintenance of our outside plant infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience running small crews, utilizing OSP Insight or any GIS tools, and the ability to read prints, redline, and track utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise small crews in the construction and maintenance of OSP infrastructure.

Utilize OSP Insight or other GIS tools to plan, design, and manage OSP projects.

Read and interpret construction prints and plans.

Redline and update construction drawings as needed.

Track and manage utility locations to ensure safe and efficient construction practices.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications and standards.

Provide training and support to crew members as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an OSP Construction Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of OSP Insight or other GIS tools.

Ability to read and interpret construction prints and plans.

Experience with redlining and utility tracking.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP construction or a related field.
