| us on our various projects and | |

| We are looking for a candidate | |
| who will be able to help us | |
| construct, repair and aintain | |
| permanent and temporary | |
| structures using both hand and | |
| power tools. The candidate must | |
| be able to work effectively under | |
| the leadership of a jobsite | |
| manager. | |

| – Develop thorough | |
| understanding of project | |
| plans, specifications, and | |
| schedules as related to work | |
| assigned. | |
| – Conduct tool box meetings and | |
| communicate safety concerns, | |
| work scope, plans, and | |
| schedules. | |
| – Plan and communicate with | |
| warehouse, purchasing, and | |
| supervisor to ensure an | |
| adequate supply of tools, | |
| materials, and equipment are | |
| available. | |
| – Inspect to ensure that | |
| correct construction | |
| procedures are followed, and | |
| work is in compliance with | |
| the plans and specifications. | |
| Point out deficiencies, | |
| explain, and take corrective | |
| action. | |
| – Monitor and report quantities | |
| of work accomplished on a | |
| daily/weekly basis. | |
| – Develop weekly work plans and | |
| monitor production. | |
| – Perform other job-specific | |
| duties and have basic | |
| understanding of scheduling, | |
| material control, and | |
| productivity management | |
| systems. | |
