Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Contribute to discussions on the conceptual basis for product design and development. Engage with highly qualified professionals in the electronics, mechanical, production, quality, and biomedical disciplines. Take on design responsibilities at electrical, mechanical, subassembly, and/or systems levels with the ability to recommend changes in procedures, processes, and programs. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) leader responsible for major tasks during project development. Provide major assistance in the process of releasing a product to production, including documentation releases, production personnel training, and troubleshooting production problems. Troubleshoot complex electrical, test, mechanical, facilities, or hydraulic systems, components, and equipment. Be directly involved in the design, prototyping, and pilot testing of new products, processes, and procedures. Offer advice, guidance, training, and development to less experienced technicians. Represent the company on technical matters when dealing with customers and consultants at a professional level. Follow standard operating procedures for all tasks when applicable. Complete all appropriate health, safety, and environmental hazard training. Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance. Work closely with outside service providers and manage service contracts to ensure adherence. Lead other associates in a group, including other technicians, painters, custodial staff, etc. Support the delivery of established financial commitments.

This is a contract position with a duration of 1 Year(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in MIAMI LAKES, Florida.

Work Environment

GMP environment/cleanroom environment. Company will provide PPE needed. Climate controlled area. M-F, 1st shift 7-5pm and on call.
