This is a great HYBRID opportunity near Coral Gables for an Accountant to join a cutting edge digital software company with an incredible culture. Responsibilities

Accounting:

Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers of the company.

Prepare bank reconciliations and other general ledger reconciliations.

Multi-State and Sales Tax returns

Accounts Payable:

Process invoices and payments for separate entities and vendors.

Prepare Payment run for approval, ensuring timely payments.

Payroll:

Process monthly payroll through ADP

Set up new employees in ADP
