In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Develop global supply chain database, using Microsoft Access and Excel
Design supply chain information queries using database tools
Data gathering with sites in USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, Australia, India and China
Develop training documentation
Semester project to be determined with supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Must be a full-time college student
Ideal candidate working toward an undergraduate degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Operations Management or Business Administration
Co-op experience must be part of the student curriculum
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools preferred
Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and within teams as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information
Completion of Intro to Information Systems or equivalent class (e.g. IS2080)
Available Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:30
Ability to be on-site
Transportation available to and from the office
Past project work examples
Master data audit database and documentation
Economic order quantity calculation and audit process
Customer forecast accuracy reporting and dashboards
Safety stock analysis
