Job Description Summary
The Turbine Airfoils, Additive, and Delivery Finance Leader will play a critical role in problem-solving to achieve customer and stakeholder expectations for Delivery and Cost within the GE Aerospace Supply Chain. This role will lead financial execution and capability-building for two Part Families within Supply Chain, partnering with the Turbine Airfoils and Additive General Managers to develop and execute the Part Families’ strategy and achieve operational and financial targets, and develop and execute Part Family Finance’s standard work for Delivery.
Job Description
Part Family financial leadership, delivering accurate and complete financials and utilizing financial reporting to drive operational action.
Develop site-level Budgets and achieve financial results in a complex and dynamic environment.
Strategic partnership with Part Family leaders, including network strategy and make/buy – regularly partnering with Supply Chain and P&L (CES/Defense) leadership.
Develop and execute capital allocation priorities.
Help deploy and scale, and recognize financial benefits of, Supply Chain initiatives such as connected flow and model line.
Lead Finance teams across 7 sites.
Develop, attract, and retain talent, including coaching and development of FLIGHT DECK principles for Finance, and the Supply Chain Finance framework.
Board member of one JV, responsible for capital allocation and partner management
Partner with Finance and Operating leaders in CES and Defense to deliver business outcomes.
Effectively communicate key dynamics of the part family to cross-divisional internal stakeholders.
Action Plan ownership for Finance support of Supply Chain transformation strategy related to Delivery
Maintain the highest standards of controllership, compliance and rigor – partnering consistently and effectively with controllership, FP&A, CES/Defense, and engineering.
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college and 10 years of relevant experience
Experience leading large and/or geographically-dispersed teams
Supply Chain finance experience
Experience within a Lean operating model
