| The Quality Assurance Specialist | |
| (QAS) will review patient files | |
| to ensure all state and county | |
| requirements are met for | |
| compliance.  The QAS will have a | |
| strong knowledge of time | |
| management and organizing data | |
| for simplicity and long-term | |
| storage.  The QAS will help staff | |
| to improve services to patients | |
| which will increase adequate | |
| services for the company by | |
| strategizing efficient | |
| documentation and utilization | |
| practices. | |

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

 

 

 

Be able to pass Urine Drug Screening, and Background Check.

Be able to meet fast and short deadlines

Communicate with Managers and Staff concerning corrections needed based on chart reviews.

Maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and other files for review by Executive Director, CEO, Clinical Director, Director of Nursing

Stay up to date on all Federal, State, County, and Local requirements and be able to inform staff of any changes.

Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and pay close attention to detail.

Must be knowledgeable of health record documentation; with the ability to conduct detailed reviews of program charts, formally report QA findings and follow-ups accordingly.
