We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level HR Coordinator. In this role, you will support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Support new hire onboarding, ensuring paperwork is completed and orientation is scheduled.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Answer employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.

Help organize employee events, training sessions, and wellness programs.

Support HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

Associates degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role

Must be able to commute to corporate office in Milwaukee at least once per week
