Bakery Operator Responsibilities: – Set up and run continuous mixing
line and pita line – Help maintain equipment by doing a general
inspection of equipment, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and
reporting any repair needs to supervisor – Conduct testing – Record data
at required intervals – Make necessary changes to equipment to achieve
efficiency and quality standards – Record lot numbers for traceability
purposes – Maintain clean work area – Conduct changeover to prepare for
the next product run OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: –
Ability to lift up 50lbs – Ability to read / write English effectively –
Ability to perform mathematics addition, subtraction, division and
multiplication – Ability to work in warm environments
