Here, you will make an impact by:Developing and maintaining an IT Performance Management and Metrics framework and policies to ensure the effective alignment of IT delivery to business objectives.Develop and maintain performance management frameworks and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of IT systems and services.Regularly analyze system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.Generate and present performance reports to IT leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into IT performance for leadership and stakeholdersWork closely with IT teams to implement performance improvement initiatives, ensuring that IT infrastructure and services are optimized for reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.Lead initiatives to continuously improve the IT metrics program, including refining KPIs, enhancing reporting tools, and incorporating feedback from stakeholdersContinuously assess and refine performance management tools, processes, and methodologies to keep up with industry best practices and technological advancements.Participate in audits and assessments to validate IT performance against established benchmarks and criteria.Serve as the primary point of contact for IT metrics and reporting, providing guidance and support to IT and business units.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review performance metrics and discuss areas for improvement.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionFive (5) years IT professional experience in a private, public, government or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation/PowerPoint skillsStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments.Experience with data analysis, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).A quick learner, detail oriented, organized, strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams, functions and organizationsWork location:Hybrid, based in MNTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
