About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to support collateral systems, requirements, and reporting work for the Collateral Underwriting line of business. Will act as a liaison with technology, business, and control to manage business-developed solutions for collateral team platforms. Will partner with internal and external stakeholders provide defect/enhancement solutions, as well as business requirements. Will provide ad-hoc reporting solutions for multiple collateral teams. This is a highly visible, critical role with interactions across LOBs, third parties, and executive leadership.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems

Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

5 years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with collateral teams, including but not limited to Collateral Underwriting, Appraisal Quality Review, National Insurance and Project Review Team, Home Lending collateral strategy, and Real Estate Valuation Services

Experience working with collateral systems, including but not limited to: OPUS (Opera and OPUSWeb), FulfillmentWeb, CPATWeb, CORE, Collateral Underwriter, Uniform Collateral Data Portal, FHA Connection, WebLGY

Experience in SQL and producing ad-hoc reporting

Experience in programming or scripting

Experience managing business-developed solutions and risks associated with end user tools

Experience coordinating development efforts across multiple systems and user-environment tools/macros to produce cohesive solutions

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 – $171,800.00
