Document and maintain detailed records using an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN).

Perform techniques such as protein conjugation, purification, and characterization.

Operate laboratory equipment and instruments in adherence to laboratory SOPs and safety training 

Assess the biophysical and biochemical properties of assay reagents while ensuring compliant documentation of reagent preparations.

Support accurate and compliant record keeping and experimental data integrity 

B.S./B.A. in a scientific concentration with 2-4 years of experience or a M.S. with 1-3 years of experience, or the equivalent training/experience.

Basic knowledge of protein and its properties

Aseptic technique

Protein purification (Gravity chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Protein A chromatography, Desalting chromatography)

Preferred skills:

SEC-HPLC

LC-MS

FPLC (AKTA)

SDS-PAGE

Nanodrop 

BCA assay

Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
