Overview
Looking to join a dynamic data analytics team and turn data into insights? The Lending Analytics Business Intelligence & Data Science team is seeking an Associate Business Intel Analyst to proactively monitor, measure and analyze Lending product portfolios to evaluate credit risk and make actionable recommendations to Lending leadership.

Responsibilities
Follow standard procedures to create and/or update basic reports and dashboards
Identify trends or patterns and help prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations in order to support business decisions
Contribute to reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems
Partner with leaders and senior staff to define specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
Support and participate in team projects and initiatives
Utilize and adhere to data governance documents and procedures; alert supervisor if an inconsistency or inaccuracy is discovered during the course of reporting or analysis
Qualifications
Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau and other data analytics tools.
College/university degree or 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with business intelligence applications and/or cloud services
Familiarity with reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors
Familiarity with querying and/or programming for data analysis
Basic understanding of visualization & reporting components
Knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis
Research skills
Interpersonal skillsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
