Job Title: Vendor Management Specialist
Job Description
The Vendor Management Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining master data standards in alignment with business requirements and priorities, specifically the maintenance of vendor master data. This role ensures the accuracy of vendor data entered into the system, processes payments in a timely manner, and communicates professionally with business partners regarding any discrepancies. The position involves data clean-up, transitioning to Oracle, and maintaining compliance with IRS regulations for W-9 and 1099 forms. Additionally, the specialist will support continuous improvement of data management and participate in various projects across multiple functional areas.
Hard Skills
Experience with W-8 and W-9 forms
Vendor Management experience (2 years)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
Knowledge of W8 and W9 tax documents

This is a contract position with a duration of 12-Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring three days on-site in Alpharetta, Georgia and two days remote.
Work Environment
Reporting to the AP Manager in Alpharetta, with a team of 2 other full-time employees.
