Employer Services, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is now accepting application for a  Supervisor. Under the direction of the Employer Services Department Director, the Clinical Supervisor oversees, coordinates, and monitors the clinical operations of multiple centers/off site locations or a designated center or off-site location. This person is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and assuring the highest quality patient care, patient satisfaction, physician, and staff relations regarding clinical operations, efficiencies, and coordination of clinical care interactions with all areas of the center.

Job Duties:

Serves as a resource to both staff and patients for clinical and ethical issues.

Participates in the interview process for new employees.

Serves as a resource to physicians.

Assists nursing personnel on all shifts, working variable hours as needed. Available for clinical decisions when Director is unavailable.

Shift Details:

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Shift: Day Shift

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education:

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, nursing or similar field

Minimum License/Certification:

CAOHC certification within 60 days of hire

CPR or BLS certification within 60 days of hire

Preferred Experience:

3 years experience in an Occupational/Employee Health Setting

3 years experience of operational leadership experience, preferably in an occupational health setting
