Pay: $90,000-$120,000
Job Description
The person will oversee all financial and accounting activities within the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires extensive experience with Sage software to manage and streamline financial processes. The person will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. The person will manage the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. The person will ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements. The person will utilize Sage software to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes. The person will develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Skills
Extensive experience with Sage software
Preparation and analysis of financial statements
Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
GAAP compliance
Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a accounting or financial management role.
Clinical/medical industry experience is a big plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Clive, Iowa.
Work Environment
Onsite with two other accountants
