Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Follow work orders and written instructions to set up and operate various machines in the plant. Work and learn alongside staff to perfect your skills. Responsibilities include setting up and operating machines for production runs, ensuring correct tooling and programs are used for each job, adjusting machine feed and speed, changing tooling, and making adjustments to machine controls during malfunctions. Additionally, you will calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut, and use precision measuring tools. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential.
