Customer Service Representative

Description:

Agents will be taking inbound calls from customers, average 40-50 calls per day

Majority of calls are quick, around 5 minutes

Answering general questions about price matching, sales promotions currently happening, returns and assisting customers placing orders.

Generally easy going calls, will have a disgruntled call every now and then but otherwise easy customer service calls

When not taking calls, agents do not have other duties assigned but are expected to familiarize themselves with products and services provided.

Skills:
