The Change Management Director is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans across the Phillips 66 enterprise. These strategies must maximize employee adoption and usage by building relationships with key stakeholders across Phillips 66 corporate and field locations, including executive leaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively developing and leading change strategies, influencing and guiding leader behaviors, and maximizing the employee experience to drive adoption and sustainability.
Responsibilities May Include:
Develops Change Management strategies for specific business-unit(s) and/ or enterprise-wide change initiatives
Serves as an organizational change consultant, leader, advisor and coach
Builds change management competency, capability, and sustainable change management practices within Phillips 66
Builds organizational awareness and support around the Why/ Case for Change and change benefits in order to achieve the goals and ROI of the initiative
Develops and applies a structured methodology to lead change management activities
Utilize tools and methods to identify critical success factors and KPIs to track/measure adoption and behavioral change
Works closely in partnership with business units and functions, as well as other team members from communications, org. design, PMO, employee experience, culture and strategy, and HRBPs to develop and implement fit-for-purpose approach, tools and messaging
Supports the management of an organization-wide High Performing Organization (HPO) strategy that facilitates the alignment and integration of people, processes and technology; vision and strategy; leadership and workforce; and business goals and culture
Required Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Bachelor’s degree
5 or more years of direct change management experience
Demonstrated written communication ability
Demonstrated project management skills; including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments associated with work processes and small to medium projects
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to travel, if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
8 or more years of change management experience, including coaching/ guiding leaders through the change management lifecycle at the enterprise level
3 or more years of human resources, organizational effectiveness or strategic planning experience
Independent thinker and worker
Customer focus and orientation
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key internal stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solver
Experience with organizational business and/ or cultural transformation
Experience with organizational diagnostics
