Position Schedule: Full-Time

Opportunity Overview:

Branch Real Estate (“BRE”) Transaction Manager with oversight of real estate transactions within a specific geographic area of our 16,000-office portfolio across North America. Provide guidance and advice to other areas of the department and the firm within this area of subject matter expertise. Assist leadership with goal setting and oversight of service provider partner for all areas of Leasing including acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and moves. Directly handle special projects on an as-needed basis.

Responsibility Summary:

Assist leadership with developing, communicating, and driving the vision, strategy, performance, and results of all aspects of Branch Leasing as we undergo a growth transformation to our department.

Working with leaders in BRE to execute division-wide and department goals, as well as overseeing and collaborating on major projects both within the department and across the firm.

Prepare, summarize, and present reports and analyses.

Identify trends and present recommendations to leadership within BRE and/or across the firm to influence decision making.

Ensure appropriate internal controls are implemented, documented, and followed.

Support BRE Divisional Department Leaders and Team Leaders as they establish strategic partnerships with key leaders in the field in support of their real estate needs. This involves communication and coordination both within and outside the organization. Ensure that Transaction Management efforts will allow them to reach their goals.

Clearly communicate key concepts to leadership, both in written and oral form, to effectively influence critical decisions.

Demonstrate the ability to analyze, comprehend, and leverage complex financial and/or operational data.

Leverage internal and external relationships to ensure teams deliverables are compliant with industry best practices and conform to regulatory requirements. In addition to the financial services industry, this includes staying current with corporate real estate industry trends.

Support cross functional teams responsible for implementing BRE and firm wide business objectives and projects.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $81750

Hiring Maximum: $139194

Skills/Requirements

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree required and preferred advanced degree or certification in related field.

Minimum 7 years of related work experience is preferred.

This individual is responsible for the oversight of a complex process within a broad area and needs to have a depth of knowledge of principles and practices of all major aspects of Corporate Real Estate Transaction Management, including a working knowledge of related areas such as finance, accounting, construction management, project management, lease administration, operations, IS, etc.

Ability to understand financial policies and procedures common in the corporate real estate industry.

Membership in corporate/commercial real estate industry organization(s) is preferred, but not required
