Ensures the Maintenance work flow operation task needs are administrated and completed in time

How youll make an impact:

• Preparing spare parts kits for preventive maintenance during normal operation and shutdowns.

• Performing spare parts re stocking and cycle counts support

• Procuring spare parts for restoking and other maintenance consumables

• Documenting and report WO compliances ( PM, CM, EWO)

• Facilitate and Prepare QDR reports, for management compliance follow ups and GAP investigations

• Re-configuring racks to accommodate production volume shifts based on work orders to limit the number of work orders in process

• Reviewing, following and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs

• On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period

• Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping, other duties as assigned by leadership

What youll need (Required):

H.S. Diploma or equivalent mechanical aptitude Preferred

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Good communication skills

• Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English

• Ability to use computer applications to track and update work order status

• Adhere to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision by following preventive maintenance instructions

• Work in a Team environment

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

• Candidates will be required to pass basic English skills assessment

For California, the base pay range for this position is $28,000 to $39,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
